Drive

Inspires Others: They set a vision and motivate others to believe in it. Their enthusiasm and belief in the mission ignite passion in their team.

Leads by Example: They model the behavior they want to see in others. A true leader works hard, stays humble, and is willing to tackle the same challenges as their team.

Empowers People: Rather than micromanaging, true leaders trust their team members, giving them the tools, guidance, and support needed to thrive.

Acts with Integrity: They demonstrate honesty, fairness, and ethical decision-making, gaining trust and respect from their followers.

Listens and Communicates: True leaders value feedback and open communication. They ensure their team feels heard and understood, fostering a collaborative environment.

Develops Others: A true leader invests in the growth of their team members, mentoring them and helping them achieve both personal and professional development.

Leadership and Learning Through Crisis

During the civil war, I led a squad embedded with the US Marines at the US embassy, tasked with protecting American lives during an evacuation. This high-stakes mission required swift decision-making, composure under pressure, and clear communication. I learned the value of trust, adaptability, and leadership under extreme conditions—skills that have shaped my approach in business, community leadership, and creative projects. This experience reinforced my commitment to continuous learning and the belief that with preparation, teamwork, and resilience, no challenge is insurmountable.
